VIP EDUCATION DAY
These are designed for students who are entirely new to the hair extension industry and starting from scratch, OR existing stylists looking to add an additional service to their CV. Each VIP Day is tailored to the specifics or methods that you wish to learn. These courses are fully accredited and certified, allowing you to start your hair extension business/service the very next day after completing the course and to gain insurance and trade discounts from suppliers.
All in-person Certified Training is conducted on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure the highest level of education and coaching per student. Every student learns differently and at their own pace which is why my VIP Education Days are the perfect start to your career or to enhance your career. You will be ready to commence your hair extension services with confidence, professionalism and skill immediately. Ongoing support is provided after your training. Training can be carried out at in Nottingham at our salon location or Mychelle can travel to your location/salon.
MASTERCLASSES/COACHING SESSIONS
These are designed for existing hair extension technicians looking to obtain advanced learning and coaching in their business and skillset. These can be done on a
1-2-1 basis as a VIP day, where any aspects that you feel you would like to improve on/learn can be provided, the day is tailored to you and can be conducted at your own location or alternatively, you can chose from one of the standard masterclasses from the list Mychelle offers, these are available as group or 1-2-1 sessions in Nottingham.
ONLINE TRAINING
Distance learning and learning at your own pace is now a very recognised way to start or improve a career. MC Academy offers a range of hair extension and hair integration courses and masterclasses which are available online. Once completed, you will receive the same qualification and certification that all of our in person training courses receive. Some courses require evidence of your work, some do not.

This membership will give you access to everything you need to know and do in order to turn a basic hair extension business into one that can easily achieve 6 figures year on year. Fortnightly Webinars, Ongoing training sessions and troubleshooting, supplier advice, general queries, help with marketing and media and anything else. Webinars will be hosted by both Mychelle and other regular Guest Speakers.
